Online results provide indicative decision support based on the information supplied. They do not constitute independent validation, certification, assurance, legal advice or confirmation that an organisation, process or technology is ready for deployment.
Your report identifies apparent strengths, constraints and information gaps. Greater confidence may require additional stakeholders, supporting evidence and facilitated review by IGX Solutions. A detailed assessment adds evidence and critical gates, but a competent accountable body must still approve any deployment or increase in authority.
Readiness and business suitability are separate decisions. The deeper investigation may support a simpler human-led approach, workflow orchestration or RPA, or recommend further investigation, deferral or stopping.

One informed person can establish a useful baseline. Treat it as provisional until the functions that own the evidence have validated it. Investigate differences between participants; averaging them away can conceal unclear ownership or undocumented practice.
Organisation assessment: who to involve
One person from each function that owns part of the evidence: an executive sponsor for outcomes and authority, process and operations leaders for how work actually runs, technology and data leaders for feasibility, security and identity for permissions and containment, governance and assurance for obligations and controls, HR or workforce leads for roles and change, finance or procurement for economics and suppliers, and front-line managers or subject-matter experts for the workarounds a diagram never shows. Across the 13 domains, no single role holds evidence for all of them.
Process assessment: who to involve
The process owner and whoever proposed the improvement, automation or agentic AI use case. Bring in an IT or data contact if the answers touch systems, integration or information quality, and a security contact if the proposal changes access, tooling or identity. One session is usually enough to answer all five sections credibly.
Process Deep Dive: who to involve
The process owner and the accountable executive who will approve or decline the outcome, plus the people who do the work day to day. Add architecture and security or IAM for feasibility and permissions, risk, compliance or legal for obligations and affected-person rights, HR or change for workforce impact, and finance or procurement where a supplier or material cost is involved. The eleven dimensions span all of these, and a gate can fail on any one of them.
Agree the scope before answering.
For the organisation assessment, specify the whole organisation, business unit, geography or named programme. Give each domain an accountable lead who can gather evidence and involve specialists. Accountability should not default to IT.
For the process assessment and detailed assessment, use one defined process and use case. Assess different processes separately. Even within one process, different proposed agent roles can need different evidence and controls.
- The named process or value stream, its start, end and material variations.
- The business outcome to improve and the proposed solution or agentic AI role.
- The decisions or actions proposed, and the systems, tools and information involved.
- The process owner, accountable executive and people who should validate answers.
- Relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, policy, security and ethical constraints.
- The intended human involvement, oversight and recovery arrangements; affected people and jurisdictions.
Evidence to prepare
Current process documentation or a walkthrough if none exists, any exception or incident log, the systems and data sources involved, existing controls or policies that apply, and details of any automation already in place. For the Process Deep Dive, bring volume, cost and prior test or incident evidence where it exists.
How to answer
Answer against how the process or organisation operates today, not the target state. Mark a question "not known" rather than guessing; a visibility gap is itself a useful finding. Treat a single answer set as a provisional baseline until the function that owns the evidence has checked it.
What to capture in a facilitated working session
Where participants disagree, not just where they agree: unclear ownership, undocumented workarounds, and where authority actually sits versus where the procedure says it sits. Record the evidence gaps that would need to close before the readiness decision can move, not only the final scores.
Use the result to decide what happens next.
Organisation assessment outputs
A readiness band, a score for each of the 13 domains, a list of visibility gaps where the answer was not known, and the domains and actions that matter most to address first.
Process assessment outputs
A directed outcome: do not progress, complete foundation work first, investigate further, or progress to the detailed assessment. Any triggered stop condition is reported alongside the section scores that drove it.
Detailed assessment outputs
A weighted maturity score, an evidence confidence index reported separately from the score, the status of each of the 24 critical gates, a readiness decision from R0 to R5, and an indicative autonomy ceiling from A0 to A5.
Illustrative process screening result
A supplier-invoice matching process scores well on purpose, ownership and data quality, but stops at the security and control section because the proposed tool cannot be given its own identity or held to least privilege. The directed outcome is to complete that foundation work, then re-screen, rather than to proceed or to abandon the use case.
Convert material findings into actions with owners, dependencies, closure evidence, decision gates and reassessment triggers. Prioritise by value, exposure and dependency, rather than ease of completion.

Your responses, supporting information and assessment report will be stored securely and made available through your account for 30 days from the date the assessment is submitted.
Authorised IGX Solutions personnel may access this information during that period where reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, provide support, generate or maintain the report, investigate technical issues, or deliver any facilitated assessment services you request.
Your organisation retains ownership of the information it submits. IGX Solutions retains ownership of the assessment questions, methodology, scoring logic, report structure and associated intellectual property.
At the end of the 30-day access period, online access will end and the assessment information will be deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention policy, subject to limited retention required by law or for security, billing or dispute-resolution purposes. You should download any report you wish to retain before the expiry date.

Your information and IGX intellectual property.
Your organisation retains ownership of the information it submits. The assessment and resulting report are licensed for your organisation’s internal use. IGX Solutions Ltd retains ownership of the questions, assessment structure, methodology, scoring logic, report structure and associated intellectual property.
Providing access to your result does not transfer ownership of the assessment methodology. Use the result within the permitted scope described in the Assessment Terms.
Practical questions.
How long does completion take?
About 20 minutes for the Organisation Readiness Assessment and about 10 minutes for the Process Readiness Assessment. The Process Deep Dive is a facilitated working session, or a short series of them, scoped to the process rather than timed like an online form.
Is there a charge?
The Organisation Readiness Assessment and the Process Readiness Assessment are free to complete online. The Process Deep Dive is a facilitated engagement, scoped and agreed with IGX Solutions before it begins.
Do I need to complete all three?
No. Start with whichever question you actually have: the wider organisation, or one named process. The Process Deep Dive only follows where the Process Readiness Assessment indicates it is warranted.
Can one person complete an assessment?
Yes, and one informed person can produce a useful baseline. Treat it as provisional until the functions that own the evidence have checked it, particularly before a Process Deep Dive recommendation is acted on.
Does the result authorise implementation?
No. Every result is indicative decision support based on the information supplied. It does not constitute independent validation, certification, assurance, legal advice or confirmation that an organisation, process or technology is ready for deployment.
How do I access the assessment and get help?

How are process screening results and follow-up handled?
The score and any triggered stop conditions direct the next step: stop, strengthen foundations, investigate further, or progress to a Process Deep Dive. Where a use case looks credible, IGX Solutions will follow up to discuss the appropriate next step.
