Assessment Terms

1. Introduction and acceptance

These Assessment Terms apply to anyone who completes an IGX360 assessment: the AI Process and Use-Case Screening, the Agentic AI Organisational Readiness Discovery, or the Detailed Agentic AI Readiness Assessment (each an "assessment"). You must accept the current version of these terms before an assessment result is generated. We record the version you accepted, together with the date, time, your email address and your organisation. If these terms are updated, you will be asked to accept the current version before your next assessment.

2. What this assessment is (and is not)

Each assessment provides indicative guidance based solely on the information you supply. It does not constitute an independently validated assessment, certification, assurance, legal advice, or confirmation that an organisation, process or technology is ready for deployment. Your report explains the apparent strengths, constraints and information gaps identified from your responses. Greater confidence in the result may require input from other stakeholders, supporting evidence, and facilitated review by IGX Solutions.

3. Intellectual property ownership

The assessment questions, structure, guidance, scoring methodology, gate and routing logic, report templates and explanatory materials are proprietary to IGX Solutions Ltd. Nothing in an assessment or its results transfers any intellectual property to you beyond the licence described in section 4.

4. Licence granted to you

The assessment and the resulting report are licensed for your organisation's internal use only. You may circulate a completed report internally to relevant employees, officers and professional advisers, provided this licence and all limitations remain intact. This licence does not extend to redistributing the assessment questionnaire or methodology itself, publishing the report, or incorporating it into another product or service.

5. Prohibited uses

You must not copy, adapt, reverse-engineer, redistribute or commercially exploit the assessment questions, structure, guidance or scoring methodology. You must not use the assessment, its questions, or its outputs to create, train, test, evaluate or benchmark another assessment or AI system, without IGX Solutions Ltd's prior written permission.

6. Trade marks

IGX360™ and associated product and methodology names are claimed trade marks of IGX Solutions Ltd. No right to use IGX Solutions Ltd's names, trade marks or branding is granted, except to identify that a report was produced using the IGX360 methodology.

7. Data you provide

How we collect, use and protect the personal data you provide when completing an assessment is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. No warranty and limitation of liability

Each assessment result is provided "as is", based on the information you supplied, and is not independently verified by IGX Solutions Ltd unless expressly stated. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IGX Solutions Ltd gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of any assessment result, and accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on an indicative self-assessment.

9. Future assessment variants

IGX Solutions Ltd may in future introduce facilitated or evidence-validated assessment variants, which will carry their own, more precise status statements. No assessment available today should be described or relied upon as "IGX certified," "IGX approved," or confirmation that a system is safe for deployment.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Assessment Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you complete an assessment is the version recorded against your result. Continuing to use a later assessment requires accepting the then-current version.
