Do I need both products?
No. iGrafx Process360 Live works as a standalone repository and workflow platform. IGX360 Insights adds the intelligence layer when you are ready for plain-language questions, with the source of every answer, on top of it.
Which one should I start with?
If you do not yet have a process repository, iGrafx Process360 Live gives you one. If you already hold process content (iGrafx, Visio, SOPs), IGX360 Insights makes it easy to query.
Is IGX Solutions the same company as iGrafx?
No. iGrafx is the software vendor. IGX Solutions Ltd is an authorised iGrafx partner, and separately the creator of IGX360 Insights.
