When AI Acts on Your Behalf, Can You Trust What It Does?

Most enterprises can’t answer that question yet. Not because their models are weak, but because the processes those models act on are siloed, undocumented, or modelled once and never maintained. AI is exposing a gap that process leaders have known about for years. Execution that isn’t observable can’t be governed, and execution that can’t be governed can’t be trusted to an agent.

That gap is the theme of this year’s iGrafx Connect EMEA, and it’s exactly the conversation we want to be in the room for.

We’ll Be in Munich on 25 June

IGX Solutions is attending iGrafx Connect EMEA 2026, a one-day summit on 25 June at Motorworld Munich, a former locomotive depot that is now one of Europe’s largest self-supporting historic steel halls. The agenda runs from a CEO fireside on trust and governance in agentic AI through thirteen sessions of customer transformation stories: digital knowledge structures in healthcare at B. Braun, payments process intelligence at GoCardless, semiconductor manufacturing at SUSS MicroTec, and process-driven workflow automation in energy at SEFE Storage.

The organising idea is what iGrafx calls the scaling trap: siloed execution doesn’t scale, and AI is making that impossible to ignore.

Trevor Moore on Stage: Digital Twins at Scale

Trevor Moore, Founder and Managing Director, IGX Solutions

At 14:55 CET, our Founder and Managing Director Trevor Moore presents “Digital Twins at Scale: Methodology, Templates, and AI-Powered Visualization.”

A digital twin of one process is a demonstration. A digital twin of the enterprise is an operating capability. The difference between the two is not more modelling effort, it’s method. Trevor’s session covers the methodology and reusable templates IGX uses to take organisations from isolated process models to a twin that spans the estate, and how AI-powered visualisation turns that twin into something executives actually use rather than admire.

It’s a practitioner’s session, not a vendor pitch. Trevor founded IGX Solutions as a UK-based BPM consultancy and has been an iGrafx implementation partner for seventeen years. His position has been consistent throughout: the intelligence most organisations are looking for is already sitting inside their existing process landscape, unlocked by method rather than another tool purchase.

Find Us There

If you’re weighing up digital twins, stuck between process maps and process intelligence, or trying to work out what your process estate needs to look like before you let agents act on it, come and talk to us in Munich. Seats are limited and the event is a single day, so the conversations will be concentrated.

See Trevor’s session and Iggy in action on our event page.

A year from now, your AI will be acting on whatever process foundation you have today. Is it one you’d put your name to?
